As part of the launch of the new version of YNAB for web, I was responsible for taking the site through a complete overhaul. The site had a lot of dead weight after so many years, so I started with a comprehensive review and structural reorganization to make sure that every single page is something that genuinely needs to be there. Aesthetically, the goal for the site was to create something that notably stands out among YNAB's competition and expresses clarity and simplicity. The goal for development was to make sure that the pages were lightweight, fast, and useful and any device.
